Pointe Benicia is a townhome conversion project steps from the water in Benicia, CA. ROI designers Christine Bovo and Ashley Provost were asked to conceptualize three commercially-viable model home styles and
create custom specification lists
for contractors to follow as the 37 units were gutted and renovated. The spec lists included selections for all hard surfaces, ranging from structural changes which modernized the floor plans, to cabinetry and appliances, to paint and flooring selections, to details such as knobs and light fixtures.
